As far as placing the order, understanding taxes, and the like, all of those things were fairly average (what one would expect); HOWEVER, the service that I received from Laptop Authority was so above and beyond my expectations that I am not only willing to write a review but also do so gladly. I placed my order the week of thanksgiving for a laptop that would take 5 to 7 business days to ship, expecting not to receive it for two weeks because of the holiday. Not only did Laptop Authority PERSONALLY CALL ME Monday morning to verify my order, they also managed to get the laptop to me within two or three business days. Not only that, but the laptop I ordered was actually about $200 cheaper than if I bought it straight from the manufacturer. I was thoroughly satisfied by the customer service provided by Laptop Authority. If ever I need a new laptop in the future, Laptop Authority will be the first place I look. |

The product, Fujitsu p1620, is excellent. Overall description of item was thorough. Just wish I had read description a little closer. I missed the fact that my laptop did not have a built-in Bluetooth adapter. My fault entirely. Too bad the addition of Bluetooth is not available post-sale. |

My experience with Laptop Authority was excellent. Armen was very knowledgable about the fujitsu tablet I bought and about laptop memory in particular. My tablet was a new model that had just began shipping from Japan. It arrived about a week earlier than I was Armen told me it would. |

Wow, I read that their customer support was excellent but then I experienced it too. I wanted to place my order on Saturday but I had a question so I sent an email figuring I'd have to wait until Monday to get a response and then I'd place my order but even though their stated hours say they aren't available, they did respond to the email on Sunday and so I placed my order. I bought a Tablet PC and am getting an upgrade on the RAM and they know exactly how to handle it. It'll be seamless to me. I thought their web site was excellent and I loved how they listed accessories for the device I wanted to purchase. Very good expericence so far. |

Laptop authority has gone above and beyond on this order. NOt only did they have the hands down best mercant website for ordering the different possibilities (e.g. memory, warranties) with the one laptop we wanted, they also have been courteous and beyond helpful when a shipping issue arose with FedEx. They called personally to see if the laptop had arrived. When my college student was having a problem with the new laptop, one of the owners spoke with me and gave me his name and told me I shoudl call and ask for him personally if I had any more trouble or questions. Top-notch!! I will always buy from them in the future. |

Exceptional customer service. I got a phone call verifying my VISA (in case it was somebody other than me making the purchase, due to the different shipping address). Shipping was flawless and faster than even they promised. A follow-up question that I had after installing some software on my machine was answered in email the same day. I will absolutely re-order from this vendor. |

Ultra low price, free shipping, helpful and very responsive staff (I've got an answer in 15 minutes, despite the fact that it was after 16 PM), simple interface. Delivery time exactly as excepted.
