VERY pleasantly surprised not only with the service, but the speed and AMAZING prices found at Laptopauthority. I was a bit skeptical, expecting a bait and switch somewhere, but the positive reviews are well earned. As someone that tends to stick to only the "known" e-tailers, I can honestly recommend this site to folks looking for really excellent deals on hardware that do not want to sacrifice quality or service. They not only were extremely competitive with pricing on my Lenovo laptop, but I also received it the next day! I will be doing business with laptopauthority.com again in the future. |

I haven't received my oreder yet but the ordering experience itself was very good. When calling 800 I was able to talk to a live person. He aswered all the questions to my satisfaction with not attempts to upsell. The website was easy to use and very informative. And did I mention they had the best price, period? Update: finally received my Lenovo W520 laptop. Could not have been happier with LaptopAuthority. Overall highly ecommended. This was not an issue for me but keep in mind that LaptopAuthority has 15 day return policy and 15% restocking fee. I guess, that's required to keep the prices very low. |
