I ordered Fujitsu Lifebook T4210 at this store as soon as it was announced. To my surprise, Laptop Authority was able to deliver it within 5 days. I am officially impressed. Especially when I received a thank you letter a couple of weeks after that with a brochure full of tips on how to take care of my computer and make it last longer. They took a very good care of me, were patient with me and my numerous questions (this was a big purchase for me - almost $1,900.) I highly recommend this store to other and I compliment Laptop Authority on their customer support and how quick they delivered my order. Thank you. |

This is my first purchase at Laptop Authority. They were highly recommended to me by one of the doctors at our hospital. Laptop Authority was able to ship my order (Fujitsu tablet) on the same day and I received it in two days, right on schedule. I will buy from them again. |

Great prices and excellent service. After ordering my Fujitsu tablet, the sales guy contacted me to confirm my order. After I received my tablet, I noticed that one of the included items was missing from the package (a pen thether). I sent an email to Laptop Authority and they worked directly with Fujitsu to have the thether sent to me right away. The sales guy was very friendly and immensely helpful. A highly recommended site to shop from. |

I purchased my Fujitsu P7120D on 9/4 and it will ship 2nd-day on 9/8. Originally I had ordered with standard shipping, and eMailed my request for 2nd-day and to ship to my work. I received a reply from Armen within 1/2 day detailing my changes were made, order placed, and when to expect the shipment. He provided his eMail and phone numbers. This place is awesome; up-front information and nothing hidden. Definately would use again and recommend to anyone. About the only downside is that ordering directly from Fujitsu I could get a free case or 1GB USB flash drive, but then again I'd have to pay tax too... |

I've order the same product previusly the day before with other company and they toke my order but didn't even have the product. Then I order with LAPTOP AUTHORITY and next day it arrived. Congratulations. I will buy again for sure. |

I ordered the Fujitsu 4210 Tablet PC from Laptop Authority as soon as it was announced. They had excellent pricing and after the sale had very detailed communication. I've used Laptop Authority a couple of times this year already and I keep coming back to do more business with them because their staff is knowledgeable, customer service is superb, all products are new and exactly as described on the website, and their prices and availability are outstanding. I ordered some accessories for my Fujitsu T4210 tablet that I bought at Laptop Authority earlier this year and I received everything today, just two days later, right on schedule. I'm very happy with my Fujitsu tablet, which proved to be very reliable and efficient, and I'm certainly happy with Laptop Authority's fantastic service which I recommend to other shoppers too. I am looking forward to Laptop Authority completing this order. From my perspective at the moment the service is excellent I am currently in transit around the world and have a broken tablet PC which I need to replace and so long as Laptop Authority keep to the schedule that their website has indicated - i.e. In Stock, Overnight Shipping, then I should be able to hit the ground running when I arrive to speak on stage. I ordered a Fujitsu P1610 from Laptop Authority which I needed to receive on a tight deadline for a trip. Unfortunately the first unit that came in the mail was defective. Laptop Authority went above and beyond by agreeing to cross-ship a replacement to me via overnight courier, which made it in time for me to keep my travel arrangements. |

I brought a Fujitsu P1610 from this online shop. This was the best price and also the best service. They sent it to Romania accordingly to my instructions. I payed with wire transfer in advance. Great overall experience. My next laptop will be from this shop again. |
