batty13 - (December 30, 2004) If you are a student and plan on carrying your laptop with textbooks this is the pack your looking for, no contest. ONE COMPLAINT: The small front pocket organizer section is my only complaint. It only has a few slots for business cards(useless in my opinion on a sport backpack, one large pocket but to thin for anything other than perhaps a checkbook, and then a few pen loops, but these are open ended and are not full-length of a pen so you have to play around with the loops to try and get the pen to go through the other side of the loop. With the way the loops are stitched, its rather aggravating. It really seems like they did not put any thought into this section. It easily compar

rmwitt03 - (April 28, 2005) This bag has a lot going for it; just to mention a few items: HANDLES - soft rubber handles nests together, is very comfortable and strong TELESCOPING HANDLES - comfortable rubber grip, well placed (I'm 5'10", wife uses the case and is 5'2") DOCUMENT COMPARTMENT - ingenious, well-placed pocket, good for tickets and other paperwork that you need to have ready in a hurry HARDWARE STORAGE - store your transformer and other heavy hardware in the back pocket, which give a low center of gravity and nicely balances the load. WHEELS - wheels are spaced wide (like the Pontiac wide-track commercials... wider is better), you'll notice that they are slightly canted inward (kinda' like a jogging stroller

fitzpatrickk - (April 20, 2005) A great buy on a durable case. Samsonite has a reputation of high-quality cases. This case is better-organized than my last Samsonite roll-on, with the computer compartment and accessories closest to the handle. I hope the structural frame lasts longer than my last Samsonite, which literally disintegrated inside the shell.

chrisbham - (04/17/2009) I really like the style of the case. It's got more character than a regular black case. I like the skull picture on the front. It has that tough rocker style to it. I think it is a must buy if this is your style.

Steve Wall - (01/26/2009) I completely agree with the previous review. I've had mine for over a year and like it very much. It is still available as of January, 2009. I agree about the smallish accessory zippered area on the front, but I have learned to live with it. It does have a variety of separate pockets to organize stuff, not all of the "stuff" I seem to think I need to just "have" along, but it is adequate. The previous review is an interesting perspective from a woman about the bag. I would add that the straps are well ergonomically designed, very well padded and are quite comfortable, something critical with a backpack loaded with any weight. It is very comfortable wearing. One of the reasons I bought the bag was because it was not screaming "Hey, there is a laptop in here!" As is the situation with most Tagus bags, (I also have the TCG400 CityGear Messenger) the build quality and materials of high quality. Both of mine still look new. They are easy to clean.

Good product, but it does not stretch
educris - (12/22/2008) The Belkin Memory Foam Notebook Sleeve is well made, good looking carrying bag for notebook. It is very well made, with enough padded protection. However, although the material can stretch, the zip cannot, so the product will not stretch as advertised. This makes the case unsuitable for notebooks bigger than the advertised dimensions. Do not buy the case if your notebook is bigger than the advertised dimensions, it will not fit. I gave three stars because the advertisement is partially incorrect.
