1 Star Review Acer Support Hell

Strengths:

Hard to list now...

Weaknesses:

No hardware virtualization (HAV) for WIN 7 in BIOS, rude tech agents, and you have to pay for that!?

Posted 4 weeks ago - Tech support is useless albeit fast message return; void of any value other than to overtalk you. Expect to pay $60 for no resolve; No BIOS update enabling virtualiaztion.
