I really appreciate your videos about how to make my new battery last longer and work better with my laptop. Having the option to add a second year warranty suggests you're ready to stand behind what you sell and that all batteries are not the same quality. I'm sure my future purchases will be with you guys. |

I'd never heard of this company, but the process was clear and they had the thing and the color I wanted. Only problem was the live chat window which opened multiple times by mistake and had no "close" button - annoying at best. |

This is the 1st time I have purchased from this merchant. I checked other sites but it was difficult to find what I wanted. This was very straightforward. I then checked secure on line billing and BBB label. The response time for placing order was very good. The only reason I didn't rate # 4 excellent was because my item was in stock. |

I have to go back and verify...I thought that I saw a "flat rate" shipping of $4.95? I jus t had ot pay $8.00. Also when setting up my new account there i snot a https feature it is only http. |
