They billed my CC immediately both times.Second order could not be filled so they refunded money. First order was sent to the wrong address , even though they have the proper address on the invoice. It was returned to them, and they cancelled the order, while charging a restocking fee and shipping charges. Out $56.00, and will file a claim with my CC company to reverse the charge, as well as a complaint with BBS. These people are crooks. Stay away!!	Overall Rating

I called, got and RMA#, paid to return the wrong battery and ordered again. Second shipment arrived on 7/27; packing list showed the correct part # but actual battery was for a Mac ( I have an HP). I have sent 3 e-mails - no response - and placed 3 phone calls with no answer to voice mails. Have not received a credit for the battery that was returned. Is this company even still in business? I will not be ordering from them in the future and have advise my credit card company that the charges are invalid	Overall Rating
