Do not deal with these people! They refuse to give you the name of a corporate official to contact with complaints, their service is awful, and their products repeatedly do not work. |

I was pleased with the overall website. They were quick to let me know if any product that I wanted was ou-of-stock. I haven't recieved the item yet as I just ordered it today but was happy with the ordering process. |

Confimation email never received. Money was taken from my account immediately. No order or communication other than this survey received about this order. I have opened a ticket with Laptops for Less. This is the worst experience I have every had with an online order. |

I have previously placed an order mwith you for a battery for another laptop I had (Dell) and the price was very competitive even with the shipping charges. I received the battery in good condition and within a reasonable time. I would recommend purchasing from this company. |

Atrocious customer service. Sent me a battery which was completely DOA. I returned it, waited, waited more, and eventually had to open a dispute with PayPal before finally having my money refunded. I was pretty surprised at just how far they seemed to go out of their way to make this an unpleasant experience. Getting a bad battery I can understand -- that kind of thing just happens sometimes. But holding on to the customer's money for weeks? That's just unnecessary. Needless to say, steer clear of these guys. |
