This transaction was a real pleasure. The merchandise ordered was delivered as advertised and on time. The seller even figured non-delivery due to Thanksgiving into the projected delivery date. The batteries are true Dell products, and charged right up. Battery life is exceptional. |

Merchant could use some more detailed descriptions of items. Good breakdown on what models were supported (laptop accessories), but never indicated anywhere other than the image exactly what was included in purchase. We'll hope the delivery turn out to be acceptable. |
