jeffsreid - (May 16, 2005) I used to sell dishwashers at Sears. I've owned several built in full sized dishwashers, even a stainless steel Bosch. This is the first one I am 'giddy' over. I recently downsized to move to Manhattan, which meant getting a small kitchen with no dishwasher. After months of sink washing, I broke down and bought this (Actually, a house guest felt sorry for me, and got it for me after I mentioned I was about to buy it). But not without reading all the specs and reviews. I bought it from eTronics (I've bought from them before) and was pleased with the customer service (so far). They had the best price (no delivery charge, as they have a local store too). After unpacking and inspection, I con

finalatom - (June 11, 2004) I give this product a bad rating. I have owned this beer dispenser for 11 months. In that time I have had 4 service calls all for the same problem, inability to control the temperature. At first when I got it I could not get the temperature to go below 47 degrees F. A service call was made and the thermostat and the thermocouple were replaced. It worked for about 5 weeks, and then the temperature went back to 47 and stayed there. Another service call and the same solution with the same results. It works for several weeks, and then the temperature starts drifting up. In December yet another service call for the same problem. Again the thermostat and the thermocouple were replaced. That fix la

mingyin2000 - (December 22, 2003) I recommend using the "heavy" wash selection with pots and pans. This is a really nice product. It offers two wash cycles, a rinse-and-hold option, and optional drying. A beep signals the end of both washing and drying. You can easily move it from place to place if necessary, I weigh b/w 100 - 115 lbs and can lift the dishwasher with no problem.

2 Star Review LG DISHWASHER LDF8922ST

kskin - (11/30/2009) This dishwasher is very quiet and looks great. The door cannot be propped open due to hinge design. Prevents led light from burning out. The dishwasher gives off a bad odour shortly after placing dishes in it. The smell will gag you when you open the door to add more dishes. There is no cure for the problem and LG does not acknowledge it as warranty service call because it is not mechanical.

1 Star Review KitchenAid Superba Microwave Model # KBMC140HSS05

btwhite - (11/22/2009) I could almost quote a similar complaint!! We have had the item for a little over 3 years! First problem, a few months after our 1 year warranty expired, one of the door hinge/spring in the microwave broke! Second, we came home to find that the outer glass on the microwave door spontaneously shattered, found bits of glass all over the floor. We only use the microwave to heat milk for our children, chicken nuggets and the occasional popcorn bag -I can't imagine the product having so many issues with such a limited usage. After reading all the BAD reviews, I feel as if we should all get together via e-mail (TOM at sbcglobal, maybe) and file a suit to receive the repairs for FREE and/or get a refund for any monies spent repairing these issues! The item should be RECALLED!!! What if one of our children was standing near the microwave while it exploaded!?? The glass may be tempered, but this matter is extremely dangerous!

3 Star Review I need to do what to change the light bulb?

mikeinthedesert - (11/18/2009) I had the door hinge come loose from the welds and the welding I was told that needed to be performed was only by my removing the unit and delivering it to the service center where they would charge me $250 to $300 to do it. So I found a way to do it myself....In fifteen minutes w/o removing the unit from its location. BUT then the SIMPLE issue of the light bulb replacement I was told was not even worth changing...the serviceman I spoke with said he would rather buy a new unit than to pay the $70 dollars for a special 2 prong appliance bulb and the effort of dissassembling the ENTIRE CASING! There is NO WAY to change (the ripoff $70) lightbulb thats not labor intensive!
