When I placed my order I received verification the order was received, and that I would receive an email once my product had shipped. When the order cleared my bank I sent an email asking the status of my order. I received a automated response stating that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went, and still no reponse. No verification my order has shipped, or really any information other than the information from my bank saying the money had been taken out. As of 8 days later I do not know if my order has shipped, when it will ship, or for that matter if it will ship. At this point I doubt I will order from this company again. I am a first time customer and believe that first impressions are everything. Their website says they've been in business for 80 years, with customer service like this, or rather, lack of customer service, I don't see how. When, and if I receive my order I will make another comment in regard the quality of the product. Retailer Response (11/02/2011): Not sure why you did not receive the email, but your order was shipped on 10/4/11 via USPS (to an APO address), and delivered on 10/14/11. I hope you enjoy your Leather Parka. |

i am satisfied with product. however, i was not informed of shipping info. i think from ordering time to delivery was a little slower than most of my merchants. i have just ordered 2 additionl caps. i hope delivery will be prompt. |

Hey your question POP up covered up my ORDER Number ... fix this please. Maybe put the order number at the bottom so the pop up stayes on top. As a senior 65 years I did have a small problem with your site ... I was hopping to get a shipping choice so you could use the FIXED Priority Rate with the post office to save me money. Or refund me some shipping costs. Other wise I am happy .. thanks |

my order went through but i was charged the full shipping and full price when the promotion on the website was 10percent off for the holiday and free shipping...i had to call, and lucky enough i got through to someone before they closed, and have the phone agent agree to recalculate the order price and leave me a phone message with the proper price |

I placed an order in February of 2008. I even received an email confirmation of my order. A few days go by and I hear absolutely nothing from them about my order. I call customer service only to find the item is out of stock, this is also with the site saying there are 15 still in stock. The customer service agent seemed indifferent, so I am guessing that this happens alot. She even told me that when the new year comes around they "throw up numbers" referring to stock inventory. I will never shop with these people. |

The order process was quick and simple to follow. One nice thing about the ordering process on their website was they didn't hit you with one of those stupid pop-ups that says "you may also like to buy ___ if you purchased this item." The website also indicated the item was "in stock," but who really knows how accurate that is? My order arrived later than expected, but not unreasonably late. Based upon this transaction, I would likely purchase from leathercoatsetc.com again. |

I wish I knew about shipping... just two choices... There were only two shipping options... I hope this arrives in time... AND It did not...it arrived several days late... I was still charged the PREMIUM Shipping even tho that takes up to 5 Business days... I am still waiting to have the product picked up... The Service line was futile.. and not very pleasant to deal with... |

I like the company's selection of merchendise, but the only way I was able to find them was through a catalogue that was sent to a friend. I had never heard of this company before, but I hope to shop from them again soon. Searching the site was quick and easy and so was checkout. I will probably recommend this company to others as well. |
