A few days go by and I hear absolutely nothing from them about my order. I call customer service only to find the item is out of stock, this is also with the site saying there are 15 still in stock. The customer service agent seemed indifferent, so I am guessing that this happens alot. She even told me that when the new year comes around they "throw up numbers" referring to stock inventory. One nice thing about the ordering process on their website was they didn't hit you with one of those stupid pop-ups that says "you may also like to buy ___ if you purchased this item." The website also indicated the item was "in stock," but who really knows how accurate that is? My order arrived later than expected, but not unreasonably late.
