One of the best online shopping experiences EVER! I was looking to update my computer monitor (I had an old huge CRT tube monitor), figured it was about time. I was amazed at the wide variety they had. Once I narrowed my selection down to about 3 I decided to call the company and ask for advice. They were very courteous in explaining the differences and I was very happy with my selection. I noticed that they had the best price by a wide margin. I was hoping that this "wasnt too good to be true". I received my order by the end of the week. It was professionally packed. It said refurbished on the side of the box but when I took it out of the box it was in excellent condition. It was extremely easy to set up. All the necessary cables were in the box. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. I'll definitely come back if I ever want to do a dual monitor set up. I'm telling all my friends, family and co-workers about this. Thanks again for all your help |

I searched this company out for its price on computers. I ordered it and the process went smoothly, very user friendly. I went to a review site prior to complete the order. The reviews are the typical problems a business faces. I will wait and see how my order come through and write a complete review then. (10 days gone by) Now I received the product, it is like new and does work. No complaint. |

I ordered a "new open box" LG LCD TV from this company. The TV came yesterday and it is broken (shuts off and on randomly, HDMI connector is loose, and now NO SOUND!). I contacted customer service via several e-mails and telephone and they refuse to replace the item. They want me to contact the manufacturer to come fix the TV but I purchased it from their store. It is absurd that the SAME exact date I receive the TV, it is not functioning. Obviously they are in the business of selling defective TVs and scamming customers by making them go through the manufacturer. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is ILLEGAL! |

They advertised item as NEW. When arrived, it was in an old broken box with everything inside repackaged. Returned the item. Waiting for refund. They are totally unresponsive. |

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a refurbished IPod Touch from this company in November via Buy.com. The product arrived and the wifi did not work. I took it to the nearest Apple Store and the technician shined a light on a hole in the bottom. Being pink in color, it indicated significant water damage in the past. I chose not to send it back because I would have had to pay for shipping and again would have to be home to receive it. And then if I decided to return it, I'm sure a 20% restocking fee would have been charged. This is soemething that a simple inspection should have easily picked up. Apple gave me an option to pay $119 in exchange for a new one which I took them up on. I explained my experience to this vendor and they indicated they would credit me back $20 for my trouble. This was 3 weeks ago and twice they told me it would be done. It has not happened. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to do business with a competent company with quality service |

I looked all over for the Zenith (LG) DTT901 digital TV converter box, and I found it at Legendmciro. This converter box received the best reviews I've found, from both pro's and customers, but the product seemed to be discontinued. I received the product within four business days, complete with the remote control (the battery inside was dead) and user manual. While the box was quite a bit worn, the product itself looked in good shape, and it works very well. The reception with just rabbit ears from the basement is crystal clear, and we really like the program guide feature (not as good as satellite/cable, but better than analogue TV). I also like how I can enlarge the picture with one touch from the remote control. I'd definitely buy from this company again. |

I completed my order in under five minutes I left another site with an equal priced IPOD touch because the payment piece was too difficult. Thank you for being quick and easy and for having your phone number handy incase of questions. |

Katrina in customer service was most helpful in resolving a part incompatibility problem arising from valid customer confusion. While the model number of the graphics card in general was compatible with the motherboard, the specific part number was not. The motherboard manufacturer had told the customer that any graphics card with that model number should work; that was not the case. The first graphics card caused an error in bios at boot. It was returned as bad. The second card had a sticker specifying it was only intended for a specific application. By the time it arrived, the time to return for a refund had elapsed. Katrina was able to make an exception to allow the second card to be returned unopened for a refund. Her understanding and pleasant 'can-do' attitude made this situation as painless as possible under the circumstances. I will continue to use Legend Micro for future purchases online. |

Don't mind acquiring Open-Box item since Zenith DTT901 TV Converter Box has been discontinued by manufacturer. Please be sure, though, that product works like new without any defects or failures. |

The distributor Legend Micro has gone above and beyond resolving a faulty board issue, including allowing a return due to my getting another board locally rather than wait for the replacement.
