i ordered the samsung 700ift from them. when you order from them they do not give you a invoice number right away. that scared me because i thought that they had my credit card number and wre not going to send me anything. the next day i got an email with the invioce number and it arrived tree days after i ordered from them. |

I purchased a Samsung 170T LCD Monitor from Legends. Their site had a disclaimer that they ran promotional items on pricegrabber and that they would adjust the price of your product to reflect the price advertised on pricegrabber if it was different. Mine happen to be the same. They took my order, verified the product and shipped it Fedex. I requested a sales order number. After a few days I called back to get a Fedex Tracking number which they were happy to give me. No-Hassle company. Thanks. |

I ordered an LCD Monitor for resale with overnight shipping. The order was placed at 3pm local time. I was never notified that the cutoff for overnight delivery was at 4pm Eastern Time! The item did not arrive and I had to eat the freight to appease a customer! Not the best way to treat a resller! Retailer Response (06/02/2003): Dear Sir We make every possible effort to process all orders in most timely and efficient manner. Our web site specifies the shipping time frame for Every Item.("Ships in 24 Hours" for most of the items) We beileve we shipped your item as we advertised, however you can always call us if you have an urgent need and we will try to accommodate and expedite your order. (Edited June 01st by mozz) Do not deal with this company. They have changed names 3 or 4 times. Return policy is non existant. I had to get state attorney generals office involved before they would answer problems. Tech support wont answer phone after your first call. Please do not learn the hard way as i had to with this company. Retailer Response (06/03/2003): Dear Sir. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I myself did not believe mozz on 6/1 and found out the hard way. This entire company from the owner Edward Gurariy to the customer service reps are nothing but liars and cheaters. In their response on 6/3 they even lied about being open until 7PM (they close @ 6) and they DO NOT respond within 24 hours (maybe 24 days if you are lucky)......LIARS! You will regret any purchase from this company DON'T DO IT. You will end up back here and say "I told you so" |

I ordered a scanner and USB card. It took 12 days from the time I placed the order until it shipped. My email inquiry as to its status went unanswered. No email indicated the order would be delayed. When it finally arrived, the USB card was not included and there was no indication it was backordered. When I called, they said the USB card *was* backordered, but couldn't say when it would ship. Their site still indicated that both products usually ship within 24 hours. Draw your own conclusions. |

After reading the other reviews, I was a little nervous about purchasing from Legend Micro. However the product I'd ordered came in good order today after 3 business days ground shipping. Due to their good prices, I would probably purchase other products from Legend Micro again. |

I am very happy with Legend Micro. I bought recertified Viesonic Monitor(va520). It was shiped promptly. When I received the it I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the unit. New retail box, works great!!! I highly recomend this company. Will buy in the future. |

The laser printer arrived sooner than I expected. It works great. Also, they were so nice to honor the original price I noticed being advertised by them on PriceGrabber, even though I submitted the order a day later when the price was 10 dollars higher. Highly recommended. Thanks, Legend Micro |

This is my first experience with them. I placed my order, but didn't recieve any information about when its shipping or tracking numbers, etc. I would give them a 4 for that, except that the order arrived before I got a chance to receive their reply. No dead pixels, everything as ordered, and arrived 'with the quickness.' I guess I gotta give them a 5. |

At first i was a little worried because I had to call and find out if they shipped my Samsung monitor yet. But I talked to a customer rep. and he told me it would be shipped that night. The next day it arrived at my door step. Great prices and I will definitely buy again. |

I read the previous ratings just above me and was a little frightened. Actually when i ordered over the phone(I like to hear the voice of the reps to make a judgement call), the rep was kind of rude and in a hurry. But low and behold I got a Lexmark Z45se printer in 3 days for $22 on my doorstep in good condition. It was the best price anywhere and they obviously shipped mine within 24hrs. Seemed like Priority 2-day shipping to me!! 5 stars with one deduction for the sales rep. |

Provided total charges, showing shipping charges and any possible taxes, BEFORE having to put in credit card information. The only way you could make it even better is to provide this information before making me type in all my personal information. Otherwise excellent. |

Placed the order on Thursday it arrived the following Tuesday, very quick shipping. They would have gotten the fifth star, but they don't send a shipping confirmation email, so a call to their CS line was needed. |

Absolutely awesome service. Ordered on line on Wednesday evening and received on Friday morning at 10 A.M.via FedEx from Ohio to norhern NH. Absolutely the best price for the Minolta ProPage 1250W. The product is as advertised and more. Setup was easy & straight forward. Downloaded most resent driver & setup from Minolta. Works great, no problems. If you are not into or need colour this is the way to go, most cost effective. Do the math on cartridges, Laser over InkJet. Laser wins hands down. |
