This is my first and worst experience with lenovo sales. I have ordered the laptop estimated data was 2 weeks. As i was traveling on vacation, I called them up after 2 weeks to pry order is on hold due to unavailability of dvd burner. Then the sales person told me if I need urgently then ready laptop can be shipped in that time, So, i opted for that and every day i use to call them to know the status and finally after 4 days they told that it is on hold due production issues so, I just canceled it and they for cancellation they need two days. They are not help full even on emergency shipping. They basically don't keep their words. |

Incredibly SLOW SHIPPING! Will never buy again. Why would one wait 3 weeks to receive his little laptop sleeve, if every other seller could deliver it in 1/3 of the time?! |

I ordered a Canon Pixma MX850 printer that was listed as "in-stock" from the Lenovo website. After the transaction was complete and my credit card was charged, an estimated ship date was posted for 2 weeks later. That's slow by any standard. When the estimated ship date arrived, the new date was changed to 2 weeks later. I called the company and after a lengthy wait; I was told the product had been discontinued. So, why was the shipping date just moved ahead and why wasn't the customer informed immediately that the item wasn't available? I waited more than 2 weeks and had to pry the information from them. In today's market, this is deplorable service. I only hope they process my refund sooner. |

Completely exasperating & unfriendly shopping experience. Placed order on a Saturday by website and then sought to cancel the next day. You cannot cancel by web but must use their call center... only open M-F 9-7pm. Called Monday 9:15am, customer rep said you'll have to retry in a few hours because that dept isn't open. Unsuccessful before 10am. Called at noon, got someone and put in cancellation ("should show on acct in 24-48 hrs"). Checked order status Tuesday. Order # cannot be accessed. By the way, you sign into "My Account" with ID and password and then to look up an order you must enter your (separate) customer # and order # ... no way to just see your recent orders. And they charge a 15% restocking fee for any returns except for "Lenovo error." My error was shopping with them at all. Never, never again. |

I ordered a camera case from them on 12/03/2008. The estimated date of shipment was 12/17/2008. I thought that time was a bit long for a simple camera case, but I figured this would still work well since this was a Christmas present and it should arrive on time. Unfortunately, I checked my order status on 12/17/2008 and they changed the estimated shipping date to 12/30/2008. Frustrated, I decided to keep the order because it was the cheapest I had found. On 12/30/2008, I checked the order status again. I was extremely disappointed when I noticed the estimated shipping date had moved to 01/12/2009. I waited until today (01/09/2009) to see if possibly it could ship (since it's been over a month now). Sadly, it has not. I've been on hold for 11 minutes so far waiting for a sales representative to answer the phone so I can cancel this order. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service! I was not expecting this with a large company like Lenovo! |

My experience with Lenovo represents a new low. Ordered a product, system reported it would ship the next day. Called the next day, I was told it was backordered, it would take two weeks. Fine, though I was disappointed they did not contact me to let me know. Called in two weeks, I was then told it would be over 6 weeks from order date to receive a battery for one of their own computers! I canceled the order and am now 2 days into trying to confirm that the order is canceled. I am told the "team" responsible is working on it. Think twice before using this retailer. I miss IBM. |

Companies make mistakes. How they recover from that mistake is what demonstrates a company's values. I am extremely disappointed by Lenovo's utter incompetence in fixing the May 2007 Thinkpad T61 travesty. Along with thousands of people who ordered their laptops in May, I am still waiting (day 32) for a shipment. I am now informed of another 30 day delay, for a total of 62 days to ship a standard laptop. The estimated ship date has moved from May 29 to June 6, then to June 26, and now to July 19. A software glitch in Lenovo's web ordering system dropped the May orders into a black hole, and Lenovo hasn't made good on its failure yet. Lenovo would have won my loyalty for life had they shipped me the standard configuration available in abundance in retail (identical config, except for a 160 GB drive instead of my 120GB). While Thinkpad is an excellent product, the Lenovo customer experience has been truly unsatisfactory (bad enough to get me to write this review). |

I ordered a drive caddy with the item shown in stock. I was puzzled when I saw a SHIP date on the item for 2 full weeks later. When I called they said their policy was to show items in stock until they were 50 pieces short (huh?). I asked them to expedite the shipping, and they said they would if the part was not ready before the 2 week ship date. When I called to double check, they said they couldn't promise anything. I'm now trying to cancel my order. |

I ordered an T60p on Aug. the 30th. My estimated shipping date was Sept. 11. I got an email pushing the date back to the 21st. That's almost a month for Lenovo to satisfy my order. Talk about poor customer service. I have 5 days to accept the delay or cancel my order according to their email. I might cancel and get a Toshiba instead. |
