My shopping experience at LGEOO was good. I am suprised at their low price as compared to Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart. The site looks credible and safe. Besides, how can anyone beat the low price, no tax, and no shipping cost. The shippment arrived sooner than expected, and in excellent shape. I would definitely first check LGEOO next time when I need to buy something online. |

Now that I have had a chance to talk to the customer service department I am far more pleased with their performance. They manually changed the address to ship to so that it went to my P.O. Box in another state from my billing address. I'd do business with them again. I can't answer questions about when I got the package or how long it took to get it since I am still remote from my P.O. Box and won't get there for several days. |

I'm quite turned off by the site's inability to process payment thru gift cards. Retailer Response (02/06/2012): We are really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Due to lots of fraud orders, we had to disable orders without billing address and as Gift Cards don't provide the billing address, customers are not available to purchase products with Prepaid Gift Cards. |

I ordered TurboTax with state but received version without state. LGeOO will not return my emails. Now I will have to go to the trouble of filing a claim through PriceGrabber. I wouldn't put your trust in LGeOO. |

I would never make a purchase with LGeOO in the future. I ordered a digital voice recorder and paid immediately via Paypal. I never received shipping details and never received the item. I called LGeOO 2 weeks after ordering the item and was told that they didn't have the item in stock. The rep I spoke with claims they sent me an email regarding this but I received no such email. I have yet to receive my $110 refund and will never use Pgrab or LGeOO again - hassle is not worth it. |
