Also their 110% guarantee, doesn't apply to all products. My vendor was not in the long list of those they don't match, wasn't on sale and yet still they refused to match. Shopper be aware. The item I received was NOT the item I ordered and I had no clue how to ship the item back as customer service gave me no info. UPS finally picked up the item, but only after I called cust, svce. a second time. Also, I was disappointed that the item I ordered was not the same color as was pictured on the website.
