I would not have purchase this CD player if I had seen a picture but I really like it now that I have it. So sometimes a photo is not good. I got my purchase 3 days before I was told I would get it and I am very happy with it. I would order from them again but would like picture of items as I probably would not be so lucky the next time. However: the experience was somewhat frustrating. First off, I received almost no communication from them, so I had no idea if they'd even received my order and processed it properly. After a week or so I contacted them and asked if the item had shipped, and if so, what the tracking number was. I received a reply saying it had shipped, but with no tracking number. Another week later I contacted them again. This time, no reply. Yet another week later, I was just about ready to get my credit card company involved, fearing fraud, when the item suddenly showed up at my doorstep. So, not exactly a negative experience, but certainly not positive.	Overall Rating
