I did receive the order and it turned out that disc #1 was bad so the Linux OS cannot be used. This was my first order through Price Grabber and I'm not very satisfied. I have sent two emails to the vendor and have not received one back. I ordered original software and I was sent copies. This will be the last time I do business with Price Grabber. |

DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT,NO EMAIL OR PHONE RESPONSE. ONLY RESPONSE I GOT FROM PRICEGRABBER IS THAT THEY'RE HANDS ARE CLEAN AND THE SELLERS ADDRESS IS INDIA & TRY GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANY. linuxonline sold me a defective set of disks, and now they refuse to reply to repeated e-mails, trying to correct the problem. Looks like they got my money! Linux Online's Response: make sure to white list our email address. please sent a request once more. not sure why you still have not get the replacement disc as it has been mailed. thank you. |

I paid for expediated shipping and didn't receive the product for a week and a half. I also have not been able to use the product due to an error in the software which I have not been able to find a fix for. I ended up having to reformat the hard drive and reinstall everything while also losing all of my data. So far my experience has not been good with the product. Linux Online's Response: Hi Chris, The order was delayed due to the weekend. You receive the item exactly 7 days (including weekend). If the item is damage, please contact us and we will be happy to replace the item for free. If the software has an error, the installation will not even start. If you ended up have to reformat the hard drive, you will probably has done something with the partition that causes the error. If not, your data will still be able to be access if you do it properly. Thank you. |

I bought Suse linux for my laptop and it did not work on my laptop.
I am having Sony VAIO FS742. Actually the installation went fine and when trying to boot i am not able to see anything on my monitor.
So currently the product is useless. Linux Online's Response: probably the video card mode is not configured correctly. |
