I ordered perfumes on Dec 8th as I was leaving for vacation on the 17th. I did not receive the perfumes on time .On returning after vacation, the package was waiting for me. On opening,I saw that my order was sent wrong. I called up LJ Shopping to resolve the matter amicably. After multiple emails, I returned the package back to LJ Shopping.A few days after when I contacted them for a refund, they claimed that they did not receive the package. I did not have the tracking number with me , hence contacted UPS & on getting the tracking number, it was confirmed that LJ Shopping had signed for receiving the package few days ago. After I sent this tracking number information to LJ Shopping, they then apologize & ask me to claim a refund from Amazon payments. I have now filed a claim with them. This has taken me more that a month of constant back and forth emailing , phone conversations etc. It has been a frustrating , exhausting experience. I still have not received my money back. |

Order was never shipped. I have called the customer service repeated times and have been dealing with this nightmare order since the middle of December. The items ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I was charged for the items and I still have not received them over a month later. I finally cancelled my order today and was assured I would have an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and that still has not happened. I will never use this company again and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT give them any of your money!! |

I placed an order and I received a confirmation/card was charged (for full amount). I called customer service. After being on hold for 38 minutes before speaking to someone, I was told they cannot lookup google checkout order numbers, but, "don't worry it'll ship" - I finally got a UPS number - it arrived on the estimated date. I was missing 2 items (out of 7) - $50 worth of items. The packing slip indicated it was there. I called them -- after being on hold for 45 minutes, she told me call back later, she doesn't have the password to the google order system. Called 3 more times - 1.5 hours later I finally got a refund. HORRID SERVICE. Too bad - great prices. Not wroth the hassle. |

*F-* Placed the order on November 30, paid in full ON THAT DATE. UPS Shipping label was created on December 4th, scheduled to be delivered on December 10th. PROBLEM is LJshipping did not deliver this to UPS until DECEMBER 8TH!! 9 full days after I ordered this. NEW rescheduled delivery date is set for December 15th. Who know when this will arrive. Placed 2 phone calls to LJ, one at 12:30p on December 10th, pushed option 2 to speak with customer service. Received the "automated personal helper" for customer service and was on hold (speakerphone) for 52 minutes. Hung up, called back (2nd call) at 1:32p (again on the 10th of December). Hit option 1 this time to speak with someone in sales. Again, received automated "personal helper" for sales, and again placed on hold, this time for 59 minutes. Finally pressed option 1 to leave a voicemail. Tried to speak with online help, only to see that they are offline. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE delivery, would not recommend ever! HORRIBLE!! |
