Was in the market for a 50" wheeled garment bag & after going into a dozen websites for luggage, LUGGAGEPOINT.COM had the best selection as well as the the best price--->50% off the original price plus another 15% off. There were also no shipping fees. (Also ordered the matching tote bag). However, when I did receive my order, I was sent the wrong color & a 2nd tote bag. I was informed I would be contacted within 24 hours. It's been 18 hours & still no response by e-mail or cellphone. |

I ordered a Ten Flexdock for my iPod mini from luggagepoint.com. Ordering was it easy. I recieved it as expected. The item was securely packaged. The receipt is kind of no frills; not very detailed. I wasn't too fond of that. Besides that, everything worked and I am one very satisfied customer. I would recommend luggagepoint. They had the best price for what I was looking for. |

There was a bit of a mix up with the shipping, but was very helpful in getting the product to me. Will use Luggagepoint again, hands down. |
