A week after I had ordered, I still hadn't received any iindication that my order had shipped. I called and someone said they needed to research it and would call back in 1-2 days. Hearing nothing, I called again a few days later and then this person said that the bag was out of stock and it had to be ordered from the manufacturer. I questioned why I hadn't been told my order was on backorder but was told that they didn't bother if it was only going to be delayed a few days (or, apparently, 1.5 weeks in my case). I called again when it had been 15 days since I had placed my order. Customer Service rep said it was still showing up in the system with a status of PROCESSING and she needed to research and would call back in a day or two. Next day, I received a cryptic email from luggagepoint saying "Credit Memo # 100000973 for Order # 100206046" and Paypal showed a full refund. I had to call to learn my order had been cancelled. |

I placed an order 10/10/2011 and they accepted my money immediately. Never received my order. All phone calls go to voice mail and the mail boxes are full! And no response to emails. Is this a fraudulent company? |

If they get your order correct on the first try you may be satisfied. If not you are in for a nightmare of frustration and absurd behavior. The executive summary is that there was an issue with my order and even after e-mailing and phoning this company, they did not respond. I have been unable to obtain an RMA because they do not answer their phones. All you get is voice mail. They do not answer e-mails. Basically you are screwed if there is any issue with your order. I will be contacting my credit card issuer to request a reversal of the charges. Hopefully this poorly run company will respond with an RMA if they no longer have my money? I can not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. |

This merchant had the best price on a carry-on Samsonite Spinner. The item arrived quickly in new condition. There were no issues with my order, but I am deducting one star for no email shipment confirmation/tracking number. |

Part of our order was delayed in shipping. Multiple e-mails to customer service went unanswered. The rare responses were curt, said they were investigating the delay, but gave no apology or time frame for resolution. When the item finally did ship, there was no explanation nor apology for the delay. We were happy with the price we got on the items and the items arrived in good condition. But the shipping delays combined with the awful customer service would make me hesitant to shop there again. Overall, I would say you are fine if there are no problems with your order, but likely will have an unpleasant experience if you have any reason to talk to customer service at LuggagePoint, at least if you have the same person I did (a woman identified only as "Teresa"). |

luggagepoint.com has no interest in resolving their issues. Order has been "pending" for a week despite taking payment already. Two calls and and an email have yielded no answer as to what the status is. Estimated arrival date was June 18. Today is June 18 and all I get from luggage point is " we'll email the warehouse." They will not copy me on the email and will not call or email me back. I tried to cancel the order and they would not. I gave them 3 hours to get me an answer. If there is none I will contact my credit card company and start fraud procedures. |

Deceptive marketing practices. The size listed on the website cannot be trusted. I ordered a bag and they sent one which was 1" smaller in all dimensions. Thier explanation - measure from the floor!!! Refused to pay shipping for return and to acknoledge their mistake. This is a dishonest merchant - forever on my blacklist. |

This is the worst purchase experience I've ever had. At best these people care nothing for their customers. I question their honesty. I placed an order with Luggagepoint 3 weeks before Christmas, for which I was charged immediately. Over a week later I was informed that the item was not available, and asking if I wanted a refund or a substitute. I asked for a refund. I had no response to that email, or the 2 others I sent. When I finally got them on the phone, 3 weeks later, they told me they couldn't issue a refund because their supplier was on vacation!!! A week after that they sent me a mail saying the refund had been issued. Yet here I am 2 months after the original order, with no refund. Luggagepoint insists they provided one, and that it's my problem now. My credit card company confirms that no credit has been received, and the charge is in dispute. |

(Edited December 13th by pepperell50) Received luggage. Took to Europe where I found it was defective and the handle would not close. Everything had to be taken out of suitcase in order to reach inside handle to push down. They will not refund shipping charge of $22. They keep askin why did I take the defective luggage on a trip. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS DEFECTIVE UNTIL AFTER ARRIVING IN EUROPE!!! CAUSING MUCH INCONVENIENCE!!How would I know it's defective until I use it and that's on the trip. Very disappointed that they refuse refund for shipping charges. |

Talk about fast service and a good price, LuggagePoint.com did right by me! Needed the largest AmT hard side made and quickly as my old one broke. Found it at the lowest price and without shipping or tax I saved a good amount of money. Then they added a 10% discount on top. Expected it in about a week or so but it showed up in 4 days via DHL to the midwest. I'll come back if I need another suitcase! |

not completely sure if it is in stock. says usually ships in 24 hrs. I am hoping it is in stock as we need these suitcases fairly soon. I never received the order from this place because they called to let me know they did not have the color. It was on their website as a choice, and the order went through... so I found it from another website. AND received it in 3 days! |

I found this site looking for someone who carried Jack Georges laptop cases. The range of merchandise is excellent; I bought a laptop case by SheTech, which was new to me. The web site is well constructed and easy to use, and the prices are the best. I'm glad to know about LuggagePoint and will definitely be back. |
