The site is very easy to maneuver and helpful information is just a click away. Unfortunately, the merchant was slow to load the order into the store and we had to call multiple time to see if the merchandise was available. Then when we arrived to pick up order, we were told the order was not in the store, after being told over phone, they had order and was available. Also, Upromise rebate has yet to hit the account. The third was not what was listed on the order summary. It wasn't worth complaining about, but I was thankful it was only a sample and not part of my flooring order. They also tried to sell me a product that i don't need. I did the research myself and found what I needed and ordered online. They also only offered me delivery via the store truck which is more expensive that the Fed Ex freight option available on the website.	Overall Rating
