I emailed the vendor asking for the order to be canceled. They tried to convince me that the product would work with the touch and would not cancel. Then the product arrived and, of course, did not work with the touch. I emailed back and got the response "that's odd, mine works fine, just send back and we'll replace it with the proper one". Still waiting for the product. I emailed the other day and the response was "you should receive it by tomorrow". When it didn't arrive, I emailed again, and was told "my customer service guy just found your replacement on his desk while cleaning up, he'll send today". What a joke. Still waiting.	Overall Rating
