We have different addresses in different cities but have the same billing address. My application for the advertised rebate was rejected because it said that I already applied for this rebate. The order confirmaion page reflected only 1 item, a 2-year applecare protection plan. I will be calling the 800 number to find out what actualy took place. However - the credit card approval for a foreign CC is being handled in a completely unprofessional manner (multiple charges, confusion about documentation required and a lot of hassle). I own a business and am ordering this for my business so I would love to have got the $50 or $100 discount for being CAP member but there was no way to do it online. Make CAP membership available online. I would like to get my discount after the fact if possible as I couldn't wait to order my machine until tomorrow given the sale ends tonight.	Overall Rating

I only had $9.72 in PayPal and my purchase came to $23.97, so I was forced to go with a credit card. Other business I have used lets PayPal pull the need funds from my credit union. I have to wait a day or so longer to receive my merchandise, but I don't have to use a credit card and go back to fill everything out again.	Overall Rating
