Product description was good, but the seller made no comment on how soon the product would ship or what carrier would be used. The order forms were defective in that what you type into a field was obscured. One had to be very careful to hit the correct keys and hope for the best. |

Pricegrabber indcated that there was free shipping but shipping was charged when I purchased the product. I don't know who is in error but either way there should be an adjustment. Still, even paying shipping the price was the cheapest available. |

Time will tell the full story. I'm a first time buyer. The ordering process was excellent. Especially appreciated the free shipping. The reason time will have to tell is I read a few negative reviews about bad customer service "but hopefully I dont need any" and my purchase is not defective. |
