Was originally going to send it back to be "reviewed so a refund could be determined" but didn't have the time to do so because it was a gift. MANJATECH's Response: the product is brand new. Offered replacement but buyer refused. Buyer wanted us to refund the money without sending back the merchandise and threaten to leave bad feedback.	Overall Rating

Nonetheless, while the package is bound for the wrong addess their attitude is extremely poor, while not willing to even attempt to contact UPS, until I told them I will report these these poor response. Nonetheless, I finally retrieved the package through the help of a lot of nice people, but no help from them!	Overall Rating
