Posted May 7, 2006 - Unlike the other massage machines in the Homedics line, the quad roller, QRM-400, has 4 small wheels (probably nylon) at the ends of two arms (also probably nylon) that move in and out, up and down, across your back. The wheels do as much sliding as rolling which often feels like they get caught on tight muscles, knots, clothes, etc. I envisioned this would have 4 shiatsu type heads instead of the two in other models and was somewhat disappointed on setting it up. If I had examined the pictures closely, I would have known it did not.

Posted Dec 5, 2007 - It is a exelent massage chair to relax in and it is very convenient to use. It has shiatsu and rolling massage with almost instant heat. The shiatsu massage can be isolated with one touch. Get one there great.

Posted 5 months ago - I hate this thing. It was a waste of money. It left bruises up and down my back. I used it for about 12 minutes. Was fine but an hour or two later my back is killing me now.
