If I have no problems getting the right book and sending the wrong one back, then I would tell others about the site but if this becomes a big project then I would not and I will not purchase thought this company any more eother. |

I ordered the Speedecoder through Laura Foxall. She went out he way to do a telecoference for our staff to have a better understanding of the process, which helped make our decision to purchase the online service. Laura was very knowledgable, professional and shows excellent customer service skills. |

We purchased coding files from Provistas/MedicalCoding.net. Overall the experience has been excellent. This year there has been a little confusion about when and how often we should receive the files. Other then that it has been good service overall. In regard to ordering, the process was great the last couple of years. This year I received a form letter along with an order form listing what appears to be all products offered. While I can see this as a good marketing tool to get people to see and order items they were not aware that you offered, it is less convenient then the renewal info sent out previously. I noticed that the box the software was sent in was torn around the edges. Maybe it was UPS. The main thing is the software inside was fine and everything else that came with it. Thanks. |
