Not happy thus far. It is saturday afternoon and I have not received it as yet. I would have been better off not paying extra for faster delivery and wait until it arrived. I know that I would have already received it. The mail service selected indicated that I would receive it with 1 to 3 days priority mail. I placed my order tuesday(7/12), but did not receive it until the following monday (7/18) and I paid an extra seventeen ($17.00) dollars for quicker delivery. I would like the refund on the delivery service. Retailer Response (08/31/2011): Medical Coding .Net provides three different shipping options based on our customers' needs. Unfortunately USPS is never a guaranteed service as is stated on our site's shipping info page. FedEx or UPS would have been the best choice. |

Easy to use web site however would like a downloadable version of forms. Retailer Response (10/05/2010): Unfortunately, by CMS regulation there are no downloadable medical claim forms. They must be printed by a licensed printing company in a special ink. |
