5 days after placing my order I emailed MedicAnimal as I had not received any acknowledgement of theorder. In that communication I also requested confirmation of when the order had been dispatched. Having not received any response from MedicAnimal to my email and also not receiving the order, I then opened a Paypal dispute. As my previous communication has been blatantly ignored by MedicAnimal there was was little point in my wasting any more of my valuable my time emailing MedicAnimal direct. As MedicAnimal also failed to respond to the Paypal dispute I then sent them a further email through the Paypal dispute system, once again MedicAnimal did not respond to this either. Finding myself in the position of having paid for goods, in good faith, which I never received and the seller ignoring 3 emails I have opened a Paypal claim in order to get my money refunded. I intend making a complaint to Trading Standards about the practices of MedicAnimal. |

Not impressed After reading many reviews online, decided to place an order. Well placed the order received a receipt awaited a week and hadn't heard anything more. So decided to email them. Awaited another three days they didn't respond. So sent them another email. Still not hearing from them, I saw in the day their online chat was available. They found the order and said it was going to be dispatched more likely in a day. Within our order we ordered a christmas stocking. Well when we eventually received this this was out of stock. I was annoyed with the lack of information, slow response and to top it all off no christmas stocking which they could of told us before in an email! |

i have been able to supply not just my dog but my horse and cats with the best quality food and products at great prices and is much easier than having to go to the shop. I have placed orders on the net and by phone and always find them very helpful and they have a lot of knowledge on the goods they supply. Also like the fact i can talk to a vet or use the chat function on there site to chat in real time with a real person this is such a great feature. |
