First there was the $15.00 discount and then appeared the 10% "additional discount" It was not additional at all. if it had been additional it would have been deducted from the at $15.00 discount. In order to return them, the original package has to be wrapped in bubble wrap, and then shipped in a cardboard box. If they were that delicate why weren't they shipped that way?? All this adds to the cost of the shipping. I won't be doing business with this merchant again	Overall Rating

Memory Suppliers processed my order, including an "extra" charge for expedited shipping. All would have been fine, had I received the memory they advertised, that I ordered, that they indicated they were shipping, that they charged me for, and that I paid for. However, I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. Memory Suppliers shipped me the wrong memory. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they told me I would have to PAY return shipping cost to get the wrong memory that they sent to me, sent back to them. When I complained that I didn't feel it right that I should have to pay return shipping for their mistake, they sent me a return email indicating they'd reimburse me the shipping costs but I have not received credit for shipping charges that I incurred as a result of their mistake and multiple emails from me have been ignored. They said they would call me back. Called again on August 28. They said items had never been shipped and would "ship right away". today is September 3. Items ordered have still not arrived. I called today, they are "checking". I am going to contact my bank and ask for a credit card refund. This company has almost $1000 of our money, and we still don't have our order.
