Comfortable running shoe

Strengths:

Very comfortable

Weaknesses:

Kind of heavy

Posted Mar 24, 2007 - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. It is slightly heavy, however. One thing to note is that the shoe is a 1/2 size larger than normal. So even though I wear a 9.5, I need a size 9 with this shoe.

a good pair for walking & exercising

Posted Feb 28, 2007 - It is a pair of classic made in US. Wearing the shoes, you will feel comforts. With the functional style, it is best for running exercises. The design is not stylish but ordinary. The color in light gray does not work well with dark color pants, of which the case a pair of 992 in black is a better choice. The shoes are not waterproof, as a few raindrops few day ago wet my toes.

New Balance 992

Strengths:

Soft, Light, Durable bottom rubber bottom

Weaknesses:

None

Posted May 15, 2008 - I love the shoe. I just wish NB would make a shoe without shoelaces. The rubber sole is thick and strong and will last a long time. Can't buy a better running shoe.

Love these shoes!

Posted Mar 27, 2008 - These shoes are awesome. I had been wanting a pair for a while but kept holding off due to the cost. Since I typically only wear sneakers on weekends, I took me a while to justify the expense. Anyway, I found a GREAT deal on these shoes (about $75 after all is said and done) and had to jump. The shoes are a great color, the gray goes well with anything. I have to say, these are the best shoes I have ever worn. They are so light, especially compared to my old Reeboks. I haven't had a chance to go running in them yet. Overall, I would reccommend these shoes to anyone in the market, whether for everyday wear or running (I expect they'll be great for that!)

Posted Feb 2, 2008 - I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad. There are pretty good looking shoes and highly praised by many runners and walkers. Down side is that they are expensive and bit bulky. My dad loves them.

New Balance M992GL-Mens

Posted Nov 16, 2007 - The New Balance M992GL continues the great quality that I have come to expect from New Balance. This is at least the fourth pair in the 990 series that I have purchased and each one is comfortable and the fit (size 12 1/2) is fantastic. This is the first time I purchased the black instead of the gray and it looks Great.

NewBalance M992 rock

Strengths:

light, good quality, durable.

Weaknesses:

prices, moderate arch support.

Posted May 30, 2007 - I purchased a pair of the New Balance M992 to wear to work and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort level of this shoe. These fit very well, and light, and with the mesh outer material, it also help keep my feet cool. I highly recommend these to anyone who does a lot of running or jogging.
