I recieved what I ordered, but one of the TV's I purchased did not work. I'm dealing with this problem now. My issue is that they sent me a nonworking TV and expect me to pay for the shipping of the TV back to them to get a replacement TV. So i'm paying a extra $50 for the TV, I ordered online for the convience. Next time I will just go to a chain store. I would not reccomend doing business with this company. MeoEstore's Response: MeoEstore is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. Since we are not the manufacturer, we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for the shipping returning to us, and we pay for the shipping going back to you. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. |
