the only thing i have to say is that they have a complicated returns procedure otherwise they ate great and i think the cheepest online shop. they use citylink for some deliveries... and citylink is not a great service. Poor customer service and almost never deliver to my door. |

Always been very happy with MicroDirect BUT I have completed two RMA forms on their website and had no response. Calling MicroDirect is also impossible as you just sit on the phone for 15 minutes with no reply. |

The only gripe I have is last night when I was trying to compare 3 Gigabyte motherboards, your server kept telling me error. So, I gave up with the comparrason thing and looked manually. Appart from that, perfect. Lets just hope the stuff arrives ok and works first time :) |
