I find that micro direct is the most reliable online component shop in the UK, not only is the online shop fast to use and the checkout system it quick and easy. Delivery times are also excelent. I have placed many orders with them and they allways come through correct and on time, even with regular delivery, orders usually arrive at 7 or 8 in the morning at my house 2-3 days after i place the order. which gives me time to test the products before i go to work. 5 our of 5, fantastic website. |

shopping with micro direct was one of the most pleasure experiences i have had with shopping online... simple to order the items, then i got emails to confirm each stage of my order, and it actually arrived on time!!! i will definatly recommend shopping with mirco direct to all my friends. |

I ordered a TFT monitor on a Saturday evening and it was delivered on the following Wednesday pm. The thing I like about the website is that if an item is out of stock, as my monitor was initially, it is impossible to place an order so you know straight away where you stand before handing over card details. |

This has been my first purchase from Micro Direct. Shopping is so easy - and secure! They follow up with an immediate confirmation of the order and the next day send a notification of the item's dispatch - who the carrier is, and even the time the item should be expected to arrive. I will be buying from them again and have no hesitation in recommending them as the Number One online retailer for computers. |

Not happy. Ordered at 13:50 for a next day pre-10am delivery (their cut-off is 16:00). On delivery day their website stated my order was 'pending administration'. I rang them (on hold 20mins) to be told that it was a website error and goods were despatched on order day and on their way. Waited then rang them back (on hold 25mins). Told that my goods had not yet been despatched and they'd be a day late. Why did I bother paying a premium to have my £700+ worth of goods arrive late? |

The product was delivered fine, however, when we had problems with it I emailed the company and recieved no response. My order details were still not up to date a month after purchase. The product itself did not work properly and we are still trying to get this rectified. |

Rubbish. Never use them as they never delievered my goods and it took over 3 months to get a refund off them. Rubbish customer services and after sales. NEVER USE THEM!!! |

This company has taken money from my account without shipping goods. They promised me Friday, Monday and today that goods would be shipped the same day but I have lost confidence and asked for my money back. Support is a joke and have spent over 20 on 3 occasions trying to get through only for the CS staff to palm me off. Taking money before shipping goods is a bit of a warning sign of a bad retailer as is an inability to ship goods on time and poor support. Stick with the better companies. |

Only 4 out of the 5 ordered items were shipped. Customer service won't answer their phones or their e-mails. Only people who will talk to you are (unsurprisingly) sales. Sales can't or won't help and can't transfer you to someone who can. Totally unprofessional bunch of box shifters, avoid at all costs. |

Well, what can I say? Ordered a high powered Gigabyte X800 XL VPU PCI-E Graphics Card on the 16th and it arrived at my doorstep the next morning. Not only was it packaged securely and included all stated itinerary, but the postal service said it would take around 3 days. Highly pleased, received confirmation email and an excellent product for a fantastic price! Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this webshop! |

Placed my order via standard shipping at 15:30 Friday Afternoon- Received email confirmation a few minutes later! Later on that evening received email confirmation with my consignment number to tell me that it had been despatched! Waited in on Monday and at 11:30 got a knock on my door with my new CPU and motherboard! Plugged it all in, worked first time! Thanks MicroDirect! Definately use again! |

Their weight calculations are complete fabrications! A DVD lens cleaner was declared as 0.9Kg, and an empty DVD case 0.3Kg. Using these fantasy values they quickly create an expensive order due to the overpriced postage and packaging. Trying to get their customer service to fix this, or even reply is impossible. If you want the goods fine, but be prepared for the kick in the tail when you try to checkout. and extra 5 or 10% on price is easy money for them! |

Pleased parcel arrived nextday but Belkin WAP was refurb stock not the NEW item I had paid for!!! When I rang up they said what was I worried for it had a Belkin Warranty!?!?! Drove to to the store same day, 120 mile round trip. Anybody thinking of using this store PLEASE take a trip to their returns dept first. |
