Just fix the web order system to require entry of model number and serial number if you need it to format the drive I ordered. It's just a little annoying to get an email the next day requesting this information. |

There were no problems, so that's good. The visibility of out-of-stock notices did not apply in my case, so I cannot say. I usually prefer to speak to vendors when placing an order, but that's not so easy to do anymore... p.s. I never rate excellent, not sure why. nothing personal. |

I was initially confused about the legitimacy of the company, actually. Maybe because I found an obscure cable there that was not available elsewhere, maybe it was the aantech / micronet dba thing, but I placed the order because I had trust in google checkout, above other things. So, not sure what to do about that, maybe it was the site design didn't look super-professional & that was a contribuiting factor. |
