micropartsusa informed me that their website is not in real time, therfore my order was cancalled due to unavalibality of product. after a week I called to check on my order only to find out that it had been cancalled. I never recieved any notification of cancallation now I am reordering the part I need from another vendor a week behind schedule. Thanks micropartsusa for your brilliant service. |

I've tried to contact them on three occasions by email and a dozen occasions by phone to find out the status of the order. No response. I haven't even received the product yet so I don't know if I've been ripped off or not. I have tried to call their "customer service" number a dozen times and there is NO ANSWER. Avoid this merchant or you'll be sorry. |

Ordered drives at 5 PM Microparts local time. Items shipped that day and arrived in great shape with 2-day service. They definitely had the best price available for the SCSI drives we needed. |

Received incorrect part and contacted them using several methods, but failed to receive a response from them until their 14 days requiremt for returns had passed and they failed to make good. They offer to take it back for a 30% restocking fee. But I am stuck with an incorrect part. Retailer Response (10/25/2008): jb01, first of all thanks for your review. You ordered this 06P5764 part number we shipped this and we send you scan document to prove this. You choose wrong products we never shipped you incorrect products. If you can show us that we shipped wrong products to you we will refund you full till now. About communication we sent you 12 emails. You were unable to prove we did wrong and we follow our privacy and policy. |

I took wrong part by mistake for return this which was my fault i took help from live chat they advise me place order for urgent purpose separately and they will do Return process for wrong products and they did finally. what about my new order yes they ship it via overnight and i got it next day morning. service, shipping, customer help all excellent. |

I needed a drive urgently, so I called them and they were very helpful, very price competitive, and very fast. I ordered the drive at 4.40 pm and i got it the second morning at 11.3 am. Perfect condition. |

Ordered a hard drive. Five days later checked on the status and found the order was canceled. Not in stock. Never notified me via email. I called them to see if they had another drive in stock similar. Nobody answers the phone you have to leave a message. Two days later I still have not recieved a call back or an email or any other attempt of customer service on there part. So I ordered it somewhere else. Poor company, web site still shows the drive in stock. Would not recomend, waste of time. I see others have had the same problem. Retailer Response (02/03/2009): Dear customer thank you for your feedback. I would like you to know we called you 3 times and sent an e-mail 4 times regarding the order.
