Great Headset

Posted Jun 28, 2007 - Manufacturing lightweight communications headsets since 1962 Plantronics is no stranger to the market. Not quite "lightweight" the headset is not heavy enough to cause discomfort. Sound is pleasant and natural with no heavy bass or tinny treble. Although the software did hiccup on installation it works well with my Vista operating system. Bass, Treble and balance can be adjusted with the software it also includes a speaker test. I'm more than pleased with the mute button light which is easy to see at a glance. The reports I've gotten regarding voice quality have been from "very good" to "excellent". Solid construction, comfort and great sound.

Good headset

Posted Jun 26, 2007 - The rebooting may be due to old drivers -- I haven't investigated that yet. Overall, this is a great headset. Sound is very clear in both directions (so I'm told by those who've heard me). The mic has minimal noise. It's comfortable to wear. The in-line mute and volume control is handy to use.
