Strengths: Its 400 watt power is superior it sounds great and looks great the bass/ treble controls are fun to monkey around with to. It's like i'm in my car! Also its really helpful that it has a 3 cd capicity
Weakness: The only real weakness is that it could probably fit 5 cd's otherwise it is perfect
I really like that it has XM radio too because i had that on my old stereo too. It weighs about 19.2 lbs so it is easy to carry around and it is an "Energy Saver" to so you save some money on energy too. I have only been using it for 1 day and i am pleased. Great for parties too, loud and high quality sound. Plus JVC is a good brand. I also really like that it supports MP3's because I make MP3's more than any other cd because then I can put like 120 songs on 1 disc. I can guareetee you that you will be pleased. Plus it has a front iPod connection so you can hook up your iPod like instantly

Strengths: Great Sound Quality. Plenty of Volume. 3 CD Changer. iPod Connection.
Weakness: I'm not crazy about it's looks, But I didn't buy it for looks.
Have never owned anything but JVC (this is my 5th). They always have the best sound quality especially for the price. JVC just simply knows how to make excellent sound and they don't cut corners on that feature. This is my first with 3 CD changer and I love it. Also, today I wouldn't buy one without iPod. My iPod is on loan so I can't talk about that feature right now. I'm not big on EQ Presets I guess its OK but I would rather have the Bass & Treble controls. The younger generation probably likes the appearance but I would prefer something a little calmer.
The tuner works fine for local pick-up on the supplied antenna. However, I use an FM antenna in the attic and that really pulls in the FM stations.
Overall, I think it's a great buy especially for the money!
