Almost impossible to place the order due to website fails and dodgy account set ups. I have previously had poor customer service from Misco, and if the boss didn't want something that only they could supply, I wouldn't ever shop with them again! |

Generally a reasonable & efficient supplier and has some very good offers at times. However, be careful of the reviews, I haven't found them balanced. I bought a product with a "lifetime support guarantee" but when I went to use it after a few months the software would not install. I contacted the manufacturer (Wasp) only to be told they would not provide any telephone support as the product had been replaced by a more modern version. As a result I left a negative review on Misco's site but they did not publish it. When I emailed them about the matter they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. |

hopefully will get this, this time all order details are correct yet never delivered last time just had a letter handed to me today that was the credit note from december items and post was sent to 2 high street and not 2 forge cottages we are the other end only found out today as credit note delivered by the post had been returned and was marked by our local office as try 2 forge cottage not 2 the high street. We have had a few orders from you in the past and all correct on log in all details still correct yet sent to the wrong address. It does seem that one of our Customer Service agents neglected to process an address enquiry from our suppliers directly which resulted in an order being returned undelivered and credited without any direct contact with you. Excellent telephone help line. Looked at p&p prices - Super Saver was £2.39 put this wasn't available when I placed my order so I had to pay £4.99! However even with the more expensive p&p the overall price was good. Goods didn't arrive before xmas so rang between xmas and new year but couldn't be chased until 2nd Jan as courier closed! Rang again and told that house number had been missed from package so courier had thrown it in a basket - but I was promised 24 hour delivery - arrived 3 days later. |

I'm an IT professional and have been buying from Misco for years. They are not always the absolute cheapest but not expensive either and 100% reliable fast despatch and delivery even when you choose the cheapest delivery option. |
