Ordered DATA Tapes online with 1 to 3 delivery and the parcel was there the next day. I was emailed by Misco to say the order was dispatch and emailed by the courrier compnay as well which I think is very good practice. |

Good technical description of the product. They should advise that their cheapest delivery option means that the delivery is not traceable and that waiting periods in excess of 3-4 days are likely. |

Tried to order 2 of an item stating Free Delivery and it would not let me and/or explain why it would not. I tried the chat line and all they could advise me was what I suggested and that is to make multiple orders for 1 at a time and/or call them on the telephone. I have also sent them 3 e-mails and no response to date. Normally, Misco is easy to deal with. |

Easy to put an order through quick password recovery as I had forgotten mine! We have ordered quite a few items before and I have always been happy with the delviery times etc and quality of items we receive. |

The website is fantastic but marchant made a mistake generating the order last time, sending me a different item, instead the item i ordered. I hope this time my item is generated properly. |

very clear website. easy to understand. sometimes less information displayed would be good. The website seems to try and "cram" too much in. Over all very good. Strange that you have to pay carriage even if an order is hundreds of pounds.??? |
