I brought a Nokia BH-800 Bluetooth Headset from MoblieCityOnline middle of February. Since then, under warranty, I have returned this product back to NOKIA three times. The headset won't power on after charging. The problem always happens several charges later after some short time of use. Each time I returned the product to NOKIA, I would get a new replacement. At this point, I'm not satisfy with this product. So, I want to return my brand new replacement from NOKIA, never being opened, back to MobileCityOnline for a credit for a different headset. They told me they can't do that because it's more than 30 days (their return policy) since I made the purchase. They also said they can't re-stock the product because it's not their product, (this doesn't make sense to me at all). Anyway, MobileCityOnline can't really help you if you have a product that is a lemon and is beyond their 30-day return policy. |

I placed two separate orders, with a comment in the second order to combine them. They did so and I only had to pay shipping for a single order. Phones arrived a few days later. |

This company incorrectly calculated the sales tax on my order for delivery to an upstate county. It charged tax at its location rather than, as is proper, the tax rate for my location. It probably won't be correctly reported to the State Department of Taxation and Finance, either. |

I have place two recent orders with MobileCityOnline. Their site, products and pricing matched my needs perfectly. The first order showed up at more door as expected in 2 - 3 days. After looking the entire city of Houston for a PPC6700 stylus, no one carries them! MobileCity had it to me in no time including a wonderful Krusell case. I was about to give up on my Spring PPC6700. MobileCity offered another year or two of life out of my phone. |
