Strengths: nice clear display, when its working
Weakness: Has an extremely high failure rate
These monitors have an attractive price and good initial (out-of-the-box) quality. However, after a couple weeks of use they started exhibiting problems.
I help keep up the computer systems for a fairly large clinic. We recently ordered 8 of these monitors. So far, 3 of these 8 monitors have failed in exactly the same manner. The screen will turn a bright, light teal color with occasional flickers of bright pink. It almost looks like the monitor stops interpreting the input signal properly. There is no fix, short of returning it to the manufacturer.
These are cheap monitors. We've had nearly a 40% failure rate amount them. Please, buyer beware.
