I recevied the part I ordered in the expected timeframe. I'm unimpressed, however, with the order tracking system and customer service. I was provided a UPS tracking number that was invalid on the UPS tracking site. Email inquiries to monkeycircuit requesting a valid tracking number went unanswered. Given this poor service, I have no reason to do business with monkeycircuit in the future. there are plenty of good e-tailiers available that will actually answer an email. |

Very organized website. No random lockups on website. It also runs very smoothly. There is no real-time inventory updating so the product I ordered said it was in stock when it was not. The site even confirmed my order with my credit card before they called me 2 days later to tell me they were sold out. |

Bought Desktop Memory - I had a good transaction with Monkey Circuit. Order was process and delivered within a reasonable time. They sent an order confirmation via email and soon after I received tracking information. Only problem I had is the item went on sale after I bought it but that's good for everyone else. I would buy from Monkey Circuit again. |

Rubbish, one of the items was out of stock, no-one called me or e-mailed me to advise etc. Payment info was not followed by you (monkey direct) again no-one advised me of this. I found out by calling my cc company and they told me that it was your problem. I cancelled the order and still ended up being charged etc. Your customer service sucks & I would not recomend you to anyone. Avoid!! |

(Edited October 18th by mark1705) Very poor customer service. Tried to contact numerous times, both through email and phone. Never received return emails and when told that customer service would call back, they never did. Don't try and return anything because you will be stuck with the shipping cost to return the product, plus a 15% restock fee. Would not purchase another item from monkey circuit.
First of all, I never received a return phone call when I tried to cancel. Second, When I called during opening hours, no one was there to get a hold of except the operator who could not help me cancel my order. And yes I did find the product cheaper elsewhere. Yes I agree the second person I finally spoke with was very professional about answering my questions. But after the many phone calls I had to make in order to get that person during business hours. Retailer Response (01/17/2007): Customer Ordered, then called after product was already shipped (within 24 hours as most of our orders are fullfiled). Customer told us \"I have found it cheaper locally\". We advised him that he could refuse the shipment and we will refund him minus 15% restocking as stated clearly on our policy. How is that our fault that customer didn't do his shopping prior to placing the order. We got an order, fullfilled it quickly, customer wanted to return it we advised him of our policy profesionaly and now he gives us 2 star rating. Sorry you feel that way! |

I stumbled across this website few days ago doign a search. They had the Intel P4 extreme processor at an amazing price. first I was worried cause the price was too good to be true. But then I got it and as described it was in sealed retail box. less than 48 hours from time I ordered till it was in my hand. very good service and a nice website. |
