Okay. So I found the Tower I wanted and beagan to search the web. All the Reg. named web sites that I would usually use were close to 200.00 for this tower,and I didnt want to spend that much.Then I came across MonkeyCircuit and found it there for 112.00,,,,I thought that somthing has to be wrong here,or this was going to be one of those web sites your order from and then want to hang yourself later...Huge surprise..MonkeyCircuit was not only Great,but the best place Ive ever ordered from..My Tower came wrapped and protected better than anything Ive ever got in the mail,and the fact that I got it around 75.00 cheaper than everyplace else was awesome as well..I paid for Reg. shipping and was super surprised at how easy my package was to track,and it came in just 4 short days....You will not regret ordering from this site. I entered the site thinking "what am i thinking". I came in to check the price on an Azza Hurrican 2000R. I was BLOWN AWAY( I mean it ) by the straight forward pricing. No up-charge so they can have fake sales and other promos. When I received my Azza 2000R Hurrican 1 day under the time limit I was worried. I just ordered from a Monkey.The box was in good shape overall. A corner was shoved in. Suspicion confirmed? No. Upon opening the first box I was met by awesome packaging. 4 air bladders on the bottom and top and 2 on either side.The actual Azza box contained within was in pristine shape. I opened it and of course Styroforms top and bottom of case. The case itself was also in perfect shape. Nothing broke or bent or anything else that would suggest rough handling. They even submitted a weight of 70.00LBS because of the huge packaging box and well the Azza case itself is huge. Doing this also makes the UPS handlers respect that BIG BOX. I ordered my ASUS motherboard. It arrived via aground shipping in 4 business days. I plugged it into my computer and it is working great so far. No defects found. I also called and inquired about the delivery confirmations since I was waiting for it anxiously. Everyone I talked to was polite and friendly and helpful. Thank you!. My computer is now up and running since I installed it without problems. |

Perhaps not the largest selection, but Monkey Circuit was the only retailer I found selling this discontinued item at its original cost; larger online retailers had all inflated the price. |

The only problem that I had was I would prefer to not have to sign for package delivery which is very inconvenient. you see UPS bulks all deliveries to be signed for an the usual driver does not deliver it. |

They do not reference the power supply on their site, but using the mfr number I consider deceitful and wrong. |

THe question about whether my credit card had been charged can not be answered without doing a lot of work, so I would suggest adding a "do not know" option. Retailer Response (08/10/2007): Order was recieved on 7/29/2007, CC authorized instantly online..Charged on 7/30/2007, Product was shipped on 7/30/2007 via ground serivce and was delivered on 7/31/2007 @ 12:42 P.M., not sure what wasn't clear. |

We will not order from monkeycircuit.com again. Their restocking fee is way out of line. Had the fee been waived or at least reasonable, we would have reordered the correct memory chips through them. I am not happy with my experience. Retailer Response (07/06/2007): We have shipped exactly what was order like always. Our 15% restocking fee policy is well displayed in our website. I am not sure why customer expect us to waive the restocking fee and there was no delay or fault from our side!! |

With a larger inventory, this site may even rival names such as NewEgg. Customer service was friendly when I called. Very helpful. I think the explanations surrounding shipping can be a little more clear and quicker. Otherwise, merchandise arrived timely and works great. Prices were VERY competitive and better than NewEgg for what I wanted. |
