This is crap. I've spent the time twice to put in the correct order number 33119 and the correct date of order, Aug. 10, 2011. When I submit the review, the site tells me to "verify the order number and etc...Write your own review!!!! |

Ordered my Destroy-It 4002 Cross-Cut Shredder as a military purchase. Mono Machines offered the best price during my search for this particular model. And as a unseen bonus they offered me free shipping. I was sold! And it arrived about 5 days faster than I had planned for. I figured it would take longer considering the "free" shipping offer but I was wrong. The product is great and my unit has made sure that it has gotten plenty of use and we've had no issues with the product yet. Thanks Mono Machines....... |

I would recommend this company to any individual or business. I was under a time crunch to produce seven automatic paper folds for seven of our locations and MonoMachine was able to get the product to the seven different locations without a hitch. They were also very accommodating with the way I had to place this order; we were a first time customer but needed to purchase these items by way of PO and the sales representative Aaron was able to get everything worked out. This company has great customer service. |
