(Edited April 29th by dolderums) I understand things happen with orders from time to time and I appreciate the ease in purchasing the internet has afforded us. I do, however, have a real issue with companies that tell you specifically that items are "in stock" and ready to ship and that they are sure about it...only to get a call 3 days later that, in fact, the items are not in stock and they have no idea when they will get more...order cancelled. It's fine if they tell you that from the get go but, boy, Moosejaw has let me down on this one. I've never written an online review until now they were so negligent in my estimation. Out of curiousity, I checked and they still advertise the items online like they have them. I consider this pretty bad biz behavior and will not be doing business with Moosejaw again. |

This store always has some of the best and most unique specials on the web. 10% or 5% in rewards points for all purchases. They will price match any online retailer on the same items. To top this all of lightning quick customer service if you have any questions or problems. I would recommend this site to all of my friends and maybe even an enemy or two. Madness!! |

I ordered an item from Moosejaw that was in stock only to find out 4 days later that the item was out of stock. Bad customer service when I called to see what happened. They blamed their supplier for not having the item. |
