The products that I ordered were not shipped because they weren't even in stock, yet my card was charged despite this fact. I received an email stating that the product was unavailable while the charge was just pending, yet the company went ahead and charged my account despite my request to cancel the pending charge. I will add my complaint to the others on the BBB site. |
