I ordered "Cuento de Navidad" (A Chrismas Carol in Spanish) on 12/8 and paid for expedited shipped (2-3 business days). Five business days later it has still not arrived. I teach and had planned to show this movie to my students on Monday. Today is Sunday,12/17, so this movie is of no use to me since Christmas vacation starts the next day. |

The service was extremely speedy, though there's no real way to track your order on their website I still felt like I was in good hands. I ordered at approx. 1pm on Tuesday and received the shipment of three dvds exactly on the next day. |

I ordered a supposedly in stock DVD on May 12th. Today is May 28th and still no DVD. My email inquiries are met with form letter emails in return. I paid on May12th also. This company is very unreliable. |

I ordered a DVD from Movies Unlimited on Aug. 27. I paid 5 USD extra for "expedited shipping," which, according to their Web site, meant that I would probably receive the item in 2 to 3 business days. I called them today, Sep. 2, because I had received no notices from them regarding the status of my order since I purchased the DVD. My credit card hadn't even been charged. The woman I spoke with cancelled the order at my request, but she offered no explanation and no apology. |

Placed an order for a DVD on 1/19 with 2 day air shipping. Eight days later, still no DVD. A check on their website still shows item in stock, but the website (despite them e-mailing me a confirmation) tells me that my e-mail does not exist in their database. A call to their store (and ten minutes on hold) gets me the response that the item is on back order and would be a couple of weeks. Unacceptable that they would not notify me of the item being out of stock. Cost me 8 days. |

I received an email saying my credit card had not been accepted (one I use frequently). When I called back to give another card number, she asked if I could hold. I heard her typing in the background for about 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and she said she was busy finishing up an order! I don't recommend this company if they are too busy to deal with telephone customers! |

I ordered a rather rare movie on VHS and received it promptly. I paid what I considered a fair price for both the item and shipping, but I did really want the tape so my opinion may be a bit biased. Still, I would recommend them for rare and/or obscure titles at least. |

I pre-ordered a DVD from these clowns a few days before they said it was to be released. However, I went to the store that weekend and found it for over $5 cheaper than they were offering. I tried cancelling the order twice, but they still sent the thing out two weeks later. It was sitting here when we got back from our vacation. I would NEVER buy from these clowns again. |

Movies Unlimited had the lowest overall price (including shipping) on a set of VHS tapes that I wanted. They shipped quickly with good packaging. Very satisified with this merchant. |
