combratable Member Since: Sep 2005 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Months	Fair view Strengths: Matthew McCaunahey (SP) acts in this movie as the hero hunk. Weaknesses: cute movie but rushed in places hard to believe Summary: This movie starts out strong and quick. Played by great actors. If you are looking for the book in this movie, you may be disappointed it does not elaborate on the book. The plot is believable. Bad man is knowingly poisining the towns folks and when the good guys uncover his scheme they also uncover treasure. 100% of People (8/8) found this review helpful. Weaknesses: The execution of the plot, the script, the depiction of the characters...etc, etc... Summary: This movie is ridiculously far fetched even for Hollywood standards. The acting is so terrible that even my 12 year old daughter was rolling her eyes watching it. Those who read the book will be woefully disappointed. 100% of People (5/5) found this review helpful. Weaknesses: None :o) Summary: Feel good, do good, perform good movie! Dirk Pitt fans won't be disappointed. Waiting for move 2 and 3 which are supposed to be coming soon. Hope they make another movie together!!!! Weaknesses: Absolutely none!!!!! Summary: I really hope they make another movie together. the comraderie between them was hilarious to say the least. please let the powers that be in Hollywood put them together in another movie.
